This is official notice to all members of Branch 4040 that nominations, for the offices of:  President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms, Health and Insurance Representative, three Trustees and delegates to both the State and National Convention, will be held at the regular meeting on November 16, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Union Hall, 1709 W. Oakridge Ave, Albany.

All nominees must indicate their acceptance of the nomination at the meeting. Any candidate and/or delegate not present at the meeting of nomination, must accept nomination, in writing within five days after the official closing of the meeting. Acceptance in writing can be submitted electronically

The election will be conducted by secret ballot, with ballots to be in before the regular meeting in December during which the results will be announced.
